ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Nataly! I’m a wellness advocate and mindfulness coach with a passion for helping young women and college students thrive—mentally, emotionally, and physically. I’ve always been fascinated by what drives personal growth, and I’m committed to using psychological insights and evidence-based tools to empower young people on their path to self-discovery and confidence.
I’m a proud alumna of Florida International University, where I earned my BA in Psychology from the School of Integrated Science and Humanity in 2014. Following graduation, I was accepted into NYU’s Steinhardt School of Applied Psychology for a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness. During my time as a graduate student, I had the opportunity to work at Fordham University’s Career Center, supporting students through career exploration, confidence-building, and personal development. It was there that I realized how much students benefit from having someone who understands the complexities of young adulthood—and who can help them navigate the pressures that come with it.
Today’s young women face enormous challenges: the pressure to succeed academically, the constant comparison driven by social media, anxiety about the future, struggles with self-esteem, and the overwhelming feeling of needing to “have it all figured out.” These experiences can take a real toll on mental health and self-worth, especially during the pivotal college years.
That’s where I come in. As a certified lifestyle and wellness coach with training from the CDC and currently completing my iNLP Life Coaching Certification, I bring a compassionate and structured approach to coaching. My work focuses on helping students develop healthy habits, manage stress, and build lasting confidence—all with a personalized, judgment-free approach.
My mission is simple: to help young women let go of limiting beliefs, connect with their inner strength, and create sustainable routines that support their goals and well-being. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck, I’m here to support you in becoming the most confident, grounded, and empowered version of yourself.
Let’s start with where you are—and move forward together.
