Hi, I’m Nataly—and I help people slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves.
As a certified Lifestyle Coach through the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program, I support individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes to how they live, feel, and show up for themselves—mentally, physically, and emotionally. My coaching is rooted in mindfulness, self-awareness, and creating habits that feel supportive and sustainable.
