Freshman Thrive Coaching Plan:
Life Coaching for First-Year College Students

What Is the Freshman Thrive Plan?
A 14-week life and wellness coaching program built exclusively for college freshmen, designed to support students holistically—mentally, emotionally, socially, and academically.
Through weekly one-on-one sessions, custom tools, and guided reflection, students build lasting habits, emotional resilience, and strong foundations for success in and out of the classroom.
1. Know Yourself
Explore identity, values, and motivations. Set the foundation for purpose-driven success.
3. Strengthen Mental Health
Develop tools to handle stress, manage emotions, and reframe negative thinking.
5. Academic Confidence
Learn how to study smarter, beat procrastination, and overcome imposter syndrome.
2. Master Your Time & Energy
Build productive routines and manage your energy, not just your schedule.
4. Prioritize Physical Wellness
Create self-care routines around movement, rest, and nutrition—even on a student budget.
6. Build Real Connections
Make meaningful friendships, set boundaries, and create a support system away from home.
