Frequently Asked Questions
1) Who do you typically work with? Do you specialize in any specific demographic?
I specialize in human beings. I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life stages, ranging from high school girls to postpartum mothers, newly divorced men in their 50s, menopausal women, and even overweight 80-year-old men. While these may seem like vastly different demographics, they all have one thing in common: the lifestyle choices we make. Each person faces daily decisions that shape their health and happiness. My role is to help guide you through those choices, supporting you in making healthier shifts and creating a better life. As a natural result of living a more balanced and fulfilling life, many of my clients lose weight along the way—but the focus is always on holistic well-being and lasting happiness.
2) Is there a specific program that we follow?
The short answer is both No and Yes. In the beginning, our first few sessions are focused on getting to know YOU—who you are, your background, beliefs, and goals. Together, we’ll paint a clear picture of where you currently are and where you want to go. Based on the insights we uncover, I’ll create a plan tailored specifically to you. While I do have guidelines that I personally follow, life is unpredictable, and together, we’ll navigate it all. I’ll hold you accountable every week, and throughout the process, you’ll learn more about yourself, your self-sabotaging behaviors, and any blocks you might have. Think of me as your non-judgmental mirror, here to support you every step of the way.
3) Are we able to do these sessions over the phone?
Absolutely! I offer flexible options to suit your needs. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, via Zoom, or in person at my office in Hallandale. This is your experience, and I want to make it as convenient and comfortable for you as possible!
4) How often do you recommend we meet?
I’ve found that meeting once a week is the most effective. This frequency allows me to hold you accountable and helps us make quicker progress toward your goals. Regular check-ins keep you on track and provide consistent support as you make meaningful changes in your life.
5) Are you able to run group workshops?
Yes! I’ve found that small groups of up to 5 people are very effective. This size creates a sense of camaraderie and helps participants feel understood and supported. I’ve taught cohorts of 5 individuals and witnessed significant transformations. The group dynamic fosters accountability, connection, and motivation, creating strong bonds that extend beyond the workshop itself.
6) What if working with you doesn’t change anything for me?
That’s ultimately up to you. The first step in making lasting change is your willingness to be open to it. If you’re choosing to work with me—or any professional—the success of our work together depends on your commitment to the process. I can’t make the changes for you, but I can equip you with the tools, strategies, and guidance to build the life you’ve been craving. The transformational moments come when you decide to take action. I’m here to support you every step of the way, but it all starts with your own openness to change.
7) What is your approach?
I am warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely want to see you succeed. I’m on your team—100%. I want to see those pounds melt off, I want to see you achieve your personal goals, and I want to help you create a life you love. With a supportive and compassionate approach, I’ll guide you through every step of your journey, making sure you feel empowered and motivated. Together, we will make your goals a reality.
