This summer, give your teen the tools to thrive—emotionally, mentally, and socially. Our Teen Summer Wellness Program is designed to help teens ages 13–18 feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to themselves and others.
🗓 Duration: 3 Months (June–August)
📍 Format: Weekly 1-hour sessions (In-person or Virtual)
👭 Group Size: Small, supportive setting — just 5 girls per group
🎯 Age-Appropriate Groups: Participants are grouped by age for relevant discussion and peer connection
📈 Total Sessions: 12 sessions (4 per month)
Each week combines mindfulness practices, creative reflection, group discussions, and take-home challenges to build emotional intelligence and real-life coping skills.
